Yes, he is Rinne Rokudo, a shinigami (sort of) who wears a uniform that he never takes off and the Haori of Underworld! The third series of Kyokai no RINNE has begun with Rinne's all-out struggle. Everyone knows Rinne Rokudo! He is in the 4th class of the 1st year at Sankai High School, and sitting next to him is Sakura Mamiya, who is a little concerned about him. His strength is his work ethic, but his weakness is that when money is involved, he loses sight of the world around him. He has a deceitful father, and because of him, he owes a lot of money, not just in savings, but in debts. He solves the problems of spirits with his black cat by contract, Rokumon, and lives on a small fee for Johrei (spirit cleansing) and a donations of gratitude. ^[1] Today, he looks blissfully happy with the hanami dumplings that Sakura must have treated him to. This is Rinne Rokudo, the well-rounded boy. Without losing his humble financial sense, he sincerely works hard in his Johrei activities. Rinne is surrounded by many characters, including other shinigami, a demon, and an exorcist, all of whom are even stranger than the evil spirits he battles against. In this new season, in the episode “Ane at the Shopping Mall,” a beautiful fortune teller named “Annette Hitomi,” also makes an appearance. The world of Sankai High School will be in chaos and become a nightmarish hellscape! What's more! The secret of Rinne's birth is revealed in this series! Rikudo Rinne

A high school student who works as a shinigami, saving lost souls. His father is Sabato Rokudo, president of the Damashigami Company. His mysterious mother is also revealed in this series!

Sakura Mamiya

Rinne's classmate. She's human but can see spirits, so she helps Rinne with his work. The two are beginning to be "aware" of each other...or not.

Rokumon
(voice: Hitomi Nabatame)
Rinne’s black cat by contract. He can transform into a giant monster cat head, and sometimes helps Rinne earn food, but also keeps some for himself.

Annette
(voice: Miyuki Sawashiro)
A descendant of witches with 100% success in predicting the future! She becomes Rinne and Sakura's teacher and uses her crystal ball to see her students future.

Anju
(voice: Rie Kugimiya)
Anju is Matsugo's classmate at First Shinigami High School. She is proud and dedicated to love, but she is very shy in her own life. She is always watching Matsugo from afar.

Matsugo
(voice: Taishi Murata)
A distant friend from Rinne’s Shinigami elementary school days, but after reappearing at Sankai High School, he put all of his energy into pursing Rinne. He seems to have a rivalry with Sakura Mamiya.
